National Milling Corporation Limited (NMC) is looking for hardworking, energetic, and motivated individuals to join our team as General Workers at our various operating branches and depots.

Position: General Worker
Locations Available:

• Lilayi Branch Office (Lusaka)
• Malambo Branch Office (Lusaka)
• Garden House Depot (Lusaka)
• Kapiri Mposhi Depot (Central Province)

Employment Type: Full-Time

Role Overview & Duties:

• Performing a variety of manual handling tasks, stacking, and storage of stock and products.
• Maintaining cleanliness, hygiene, and organisation of warehouses, plant areas, and work stations.
• Supporting team members in loading, offloading, and dispatching operations.
• Assisting with general site upkeep, safety standards, and operational tasks as assigned.

Requirements:

• Full Grade 9 Certificate .
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar manual or general worker role.
• Physically fit, reliable, honest, and hardworking.
• Ability to follow instructions and work effectively in a team environment.
