Taco Factory by 1903 in Livingstone is seeking meticulous, hardworking, and hygiene-conscious Cleaners / Stewards to maintain spotless kitchen, bar, and restaurant sanitation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Wash, sanitize, and dry all kitchen pots, pans, cutlery, crockery, and bar glassware promptly.
• Keep restaurant dining areas, restrooms, corridors, and exterior spaces clean and sanitized throughout the shift.
• Safely dispose of trash, recycling, and kitchen food waste in accordance with health protocols.
• Deep-clean kitchen surfaces, floors, dishwashers, and storage areas at opening and closing times.

Candidate Profile:

• Dependable, hardworking, energetic, and takes pride in a clean and safe work environment.
• Good understanding of hygiene standards and sanitation chemical safety.
• Punctual, cooperative, and a dedicated team player.
