Bancassurance Officer

Location: Kitwe

Job Description:

To support the implementation of bancassurance sales strategies, assist in maintaining and strengthening bank partner relationships, enable bank staff to effectively sell insurance products, provide operational support for bancassurance activities.

Minimum Qualification:

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Insurance, Marketing, Business Administration, or any related qualification.
• A minimum of 3 years Sales experience in the insurance industry or Relationship Management role in the Banking/Telecommunications Industry.
• Must be a paid up member of a relevant professional body.

The ideal candidate should demonstrate:

• Strong presentation and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Strong networking and interpersonal skills.
• Report writing and formulation skills.
• Negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
• A customer-centric approach to service delivery.
• Ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
