Job Requirements – Systems & Networks Manager
Required Skills
•Degree in Information Technology/Computer Science or comparable qualification with 5+ years’ experience in IT. Or Diploma in Information Technology/Computer Science or comparable qualification with 7+ years’ experience in IT.
Tasks & Responsibilities
•Develop, maintain, and regularly refresh systems and networks procedures and strategy in line with current and emerging business needs and technology
•Manage and support the business by supervising & performing deployment, configuration, maintenance of systems and networks infrastructure
•Work closely with other teams to support issue management on the service desk (IT Service Desk)
•Ensure that policies, procedures, and process are documented and provided to various stakeholders
