Key Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate nationwide marketing activities, ensuring alignment with company objectives and delivering measurable results.
- Oversee new product launches, including distribution planning, rollout execution, and regular updates of product catalogues and marketing materials.
- Manage retail and store development, including:Maintenance and performance monitoring of existing storesConducting store audits and compliance checksIdentifying and onboarding new customers and retail partners
- Supervising the end-to-end construction and branding of Twyford stores
- Plan and execute advertising and promotional campaigns by:Collaborating with internal sales and business teamsCoordinating with external advertising agencies and vendorsEnsuring timely placement and visibility of marketing materials across regions
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform marketing strategies and improve performance.
Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in marketing, preferably within the building materials, construction, or mobile phone industries
- Strong ability to learn quickly and adapt in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills
- Proven organizational and project management capabilities
