Role Summary:
Operate, calibrate, and monitor the tissue rewinding machine to ensure efficient production, high quality output, and minimal machine downtime.
Key Duties & Responsibilities:
- Operating the tissue rewinding machine in accordance with standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Monitoring reel tension, slitting accuracy, perforations, and rewinding diameter for consistent product quality.
- Conducting regular machine inspections, basic servicing, greasing, and minor adjustments.
- Identifying machine faults or paper breakages quickly and resolving issues to avoid production delays.
- Adhering strictly to industrial safety guidelines, cleanliness, and factory operational standards.
- Meeting daily and weekly tissue roll production targets while minimizing paper wastage.
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of relevant hands-on experience operating a tissue rewinding machine.
- Good understanding of machine operations, preventive maintenance, and factory safety procedures.
- Able to work with precision, accuracy, and efficiency to achieve production quotas.
- Physically fit, reliable, honest, and capable of working in shift schedules.
