Position Overview: Security Personnel
As a Security Personnel at Kasima Beach Safaris, you will play a vital role in safeguarding company property and ensuring the safety of our premises, staff, and visitors. This position requires vigilance, professionalism, and a proactive approach to security management.
Key Responsibilities
- Protect company assets, equipment, and premises from theft, vandalism, and unauthorized access.
- Monitor and control visitor access to maintain a secure environment.
- Conduct regular security patrols to detect and deter suspicious activities.
- Maintain peace and order within the property grounds.
- Report any incidents, emergencies, or unusual activities promptly to management.
- Keep accurate daily records in the security occurrence book.
Candidate Requirements
- Physically fit, alert, and observant to effectively perform security duties.
- Strong communication skills to interact professionally with visitors and staff.
- Honest, disciplined, and responsible with a clean conduct record.
- Previous experience in security or relevant training is advantageous.
- Willingness to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays as required.
