Role Context

We are looking for a skilled optometrist to provide exceptional eye care services. The successful candidate will demonstrate expertise in ocular health and patient treatment.

Qualifications

• Degree in Optometry from a recognised institution.
• Minimum of two years’ relevant professional experience in optometry.
• Valid Health Professions Council of Zambia (HPCZ) registration and current practising licence.

Technical Skills

• Proficiency in refraction testing, detecting ocular conditions, and delivering appropriate optometric treatment.
• Skilled in using ophthalmic equipment; experience with lens cutting, edging, and fitting equipment is a plus.

Communication

• Strong interpersonal skills and dedication to quality patient care.

Work Hours: 8

Level of Education: bachelor degree
