Job Summary:

We are currently looking for an experienced Mechanical & Projects Engineer able to provide high tech-commercial level mechanical and Project management on a largescale property. This individual must be reliable, well-organized and hold significant & vast practical experience in the supervision and management of a team. The ability to lead the technical team in a timely and efficient manner is essential.

Qualifications: The selected individual should have a strong knowledge and degrees, certificates (licenses where relevant) in mechanical & architectural design works and project management.

Skills: Ability to multi-task, keep up to date with the latest and best practice techniques for maintaining equipment and infrastructure, leadership and the desire to pass on their expertise and skillset to other members of their team. There is a strong need for the chosen individual to have high level of specialist skill in mechanical fields, architectural, Project management and Estimations.

This already largescale commercial property depends on highly skilled, versatile and expert individuals with international standards of operation to carry it forward.

Requirements & Qualifications:

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in a supervisory position with vast knowledge in managing huge international and local Projects in both government and private sector.
• Double degrees & Higher qualifications (or Licenses where relevant) in Mechanical & Architecture Engineering.
• A Master’s Degree certificate with a major in Mechanical Engineering and architectural design works and project management is an added advantage with vast relevant practical experience & ability to handle big Projects of international repute.
• Top Leadership and organizational skill with willingness to work hard and operate in a team structure.
• Ability to process, track and create paperwork such as (including but not limited to) work orders, invoices, quotations, KPIs, schedules, reports, projections, budgets, supervise and layout of plumbing works.
• Review and evaluate the timely progress valuation and change orders of any sub- contractors on Projects.
• Literate in 3D or similar programs i.e. Finale 3D, FWsim, Sketchup, Revit, Archicad Fusion 260, Solid Works. MASS (Moog), AutoCAD.MS Project etc.
• International work experience and exposure with strong understanding of work place Health & Safety rules.
