JOB DETAILS:
We are looking for a highly qualified individual to manage our Food and Beverage Department.

Food and Beverage Manager Duties and Responsibilities
• Managing Food and Beverage operations within budget and to the highest standard
• Recruiting and training of staff.
• Purchasing and control of inventory.
• Ensuring practice of health and safety regulations

Requirements and Qualifications
In order to achieve the minimum requirements of the role, which will includes but not limited to food and beverage management; the ideal candidate must have high morals and integrity and must be trust-worthy In addition to the above, the following requirements must be met:.
• Minimum Diploma in Hospitality Management
• At least ten years in top management
• Sound knowledge of food & beverage products
• Refined skills in public relations
• Leadership and organisational skills
• Computer Skills.
• High level of spoken and written English
• Willingness to work hard and operate in a team structure

Work Hours: 8

Experience in Months: 120

Level of Education: Postgraduate Degree
