My client, a leading African conservation company which seeks to sustainably finance wildlife and habitat conservation through the carbon market is looking for two candidates for roles within their Finance department.

You will join their innovative, fast-paced, high performance team for in the Lusaka head office and will be working towards doing amazing things supporting livelihoods programs.

If you have the skills and experience in;

• financial management,
• accounting and reporting,
• payroll preparation and administration
• budget administration
• management and accounting information
• technology risk and audit management
• office administration
• effective communication
• Skillfully complete AFS, oversee statutory audit and ZRA tax compliance
• presenting financial data at Senior Management level clearly and effectively
• Contracts/Procurement

At least 10 years experience in a Senior finance management position. Prior experience in Sub-Sahara Africa or overseas is a benefit. The company is a values-based, and mission driven enterprise. A sense of humour, enthusiasm and a passionate team based attitude and approach is strongly desired in the selected candidate.

A Bachelors/Masters degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or other relevant field – professionally qualified accountants with current memberships and designation of Chartered Accountant, Certified Public Accountant or Certified Management Accountant.
