JOB OPPORTUNITY — ELDERLY CAREGIVER (2 MONTHS CONTRACT) 👵🩺
Position: Elderly Caregiver
Location: Bonaventure, Makeni, Lusaka, Zambia
Duration: 2 Months (Available to start ASAP)
Salary: To be discussed / Negotiable

A private family residence in Bonaventure, Lusaka is seeking a compassionate, reliable, and attentive Caregiver to care for an elderly lady for an initial period of two (2) months .

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide daily personalized care, companionship, and physical mobility assistance to an elderly lady.
• Assist with daily living activities including bathing, grooming, dressing, and hygiene management.
• Manage timely medication reminders and monitor daily vital signs, comfort, and general health condition.
• Prepare healthy, nutritious meals and assist with feeding where necessary.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for the client.
• Accompany the client to hospital appointments or routine check-ups when needed.

Requirements:

• Previous practical experience as an elderly caregiver, nurse aide, or home healthcare worker.
• A health training background (Nurse Assistant, Caregiver Certificate, or Community Health training) is a strong added advantage.
• Compassionate, patient, gentle, and respectful demeanor.
• Honest, trustworthy, and dedicated with strong communication skills.
• Availability: Must be available to start work IMMEDIATELY (ASAP) .
