Position: Stock Controller – Fatima Farm
Location: Fatima Farm, Ndola / Copperbelt, Zambia
Employment Type: Full-Time

Gramus Express Limited is recruiting a meticulous and analytical Stock Controller to take charge of stock reconciliation, inventory monitoring, and production records at Fatima Farm.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and track farm inventories, including livestock feed, veterinary medicines, farm inputs, tools, fuel, and equipment spares.
• Conduct regular physical stock audits and reconcile physical inventory with system records.
• Maintain structured livestock production logs (births, mortality, feed conversion ratios, slaughter numbers, and transfers).
• Generate timely stock usage reports, highlight variances, and establish re-order levels to prevent shortages.
• Coordinate with farm management and procurement teams to verify incoming and outgoing dispatches.

Requirements & Qualifications:

• Diploma or Degree in Agriculture, Agricultural Economics, Purchasing and Supply (CIPS), Inventory Management, Accounting, or a related field.
• Minimum of three (3) years of relevant stock control and inventory management experience.
• Strong stock reconciliation skills and advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel .
• Experience in livestock or agricultural production record-keeping is a strong advantage.
• High level of integrity, analytical precision, and attention to detail.
