Duty Stations: Lusaka and Ndola, Zambia | Position: Station Supervisors (2 Vacancies)

Henan Filling Station invites applications from suitably qualified, motivated, honest, and hardworking individuals to fill 2 vacancies for Station Supervisors at our stations in Lusaka and Ndola.

Minimum Qualifications & Requirements:

• Grade 12 Certificate, certified or verified.
• Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Management, Operations, or related field is an added advantage.
• Valid National Registration Card (NRC).
• No criminal record.
• Proven supervisory experience in a fuel retail, supermarket, or commercial operations environment.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and conflict resolution skills.
• Honesty, discipline, and a strong sense of accountability.

Position-Specific Requirements & Responsibilities:

• Supervisory experience and proven ability to coordinate forecourt attendants, cashiers, and support staff.
• Oversee daily shift handovers, dip readings, fuel reconciliation, and pump meter readings.
• Ensure smooth customer service flow and resolve customer disputes effectively.
• Monitor staff attendance, adherence to uniform standards, and safety compliance.
• Support the Station Manager in inventory audits, cash banking preparations, and loss prevention.
