Key Responsibilities
- Plan, schedule, and manage billboard projects from initiation to completion, including site assessments, structural works, installation, and decommissioning.
- Develop detailed project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocations.
- Coordinate with design, production, installation, and maintenance teams as well as external contractors and suppliers.
- Oversee site inspections, technical specifications, and compliance with safety, regulatory, and local authority requirements.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions to keep projects on track.
- Manage stakeholder communication, including clients, internal teams, landlords, and regulatory bodies.
- Ensure quality control of installations and final flighting of advertisements.
- Prepare project reports, progress updates, and post-project reviews.
- Support the continuous improvement of project processes and operational efficiency.
