JOB DETAILS:
Papers Choice Zambia Ltd is seeking a Marketing and Sales Executive to join their team in Lusaka. This is a full-time position.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new corporate, institutional and commercial customers.
- Generate and convert sales leads into recurring business.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients and decision-makers.
- Promote and sell the company’s paper, stationery and office supply portfolio.
- Identify opportunities within government, NGOs, schools, corporates, retailers, wholesalers and other institutions.
- Monitor market trends, customer requirements, competitor activity and pricing.
- Prepare quotations and actively follow up opportunities through to closure.
- Identify potential tender, framework agreement and recurring supply opportunities.
- Achieve agreed monthly and annual sales targets.
- Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and provide regular sales forecasts.
- Work closely with procurement, warehouse and logistics teams to ensure customer requirements are fulfilled.
- Monitor customer accounts and support timely collections.
- Provide management with market intelligence and recommendations for business growth.
