Recruiting on behalf of our esteemed Client | Position: HR Specialist (1 Position)

DMS HR Consultancy is recruiting qualified, dynamic, and experienced professionals on behalf of our esteemed Client across various key sectors.

Position: HR Specialist (1 Position)
Location: Lusaka, Zambia
Employment Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment, selection, job postings, screening, and interview coordination.
• Coordinate employee onboarding, induction programs, and employment contract documentation.
• Administer staff attendance, leave tracking, performance appraisals, and HR records management.
• Ensure full organizational compliance with the Zambian Employment Code Act, labour laws, and statutory HR policies.
• Support employee grievance handling, industrial relations, and disciplinary procedures.
• Facilitate staff training, employee wellness initiatives, and HR policy implementation.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Mandatory: Full Grade 12 Certificate with minimum 5 O-Level Passes (including English).
• Education: Degree or Diploma in Human Resource Management, Public Administration, or related field.
• Professional Membership: Valid ZIHRM practicing license .
• Experience: 2 – 3 Years in recruitment, labor laws & HR operations .
• Strong interpersonal, mediation, and written communication skills.
• Sound working knowledge of modern HR Information Systems (HRIS) and Microsoft Office.
