JOB PURPOSE
The Storage Supervisor shall oversee overall storage operations in the maintenance/operations department, including, receiving, storing, and moving materials in and out of stores.
MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Organise and compile the actual costs incurred per vehicle by the maintenance workshop's repair department, including replacement parts and maintenance items, and attribute them to each vehicle for record-keeping.
- Establish data files for OBE and PPE issuance records per vehicle.
- Maintain usage records for each tyre, including which vehicle it is assigned to, mounting position, mileage accumulated, and reasons for scrapping.
- Manage the online APP (online procurement/processing) system for warehouse inventory movements (receiving, issuing, and stock balance), including inventory management for both the Ndola and Chingola warehouse.
- Standardize the inbound and outbound material handling procedures.
- Organize monthly pre-physical count tasks, including proper stacking and arrangement of materials, pre-sorting of data, and work preparation to meet the finance department's requirements before the physical inventory count.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
- Minimum Diploma in Purchasing and Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Warehousing or related field.
- At least four (04) years in warehouse management; experience in managing truck repair parts warehouse is preferred.
- Proficient in using MS Office software, with some data analysis capabilities.
- Good communication skills and able to handle complex tasks without negative emotions.

- High level of dedication and sense of responsibility.
- Strong execution ability, no procrastination or negligence.
