Responsibilities
- Install, configure, test, and maintain GPS tracking devices on vehicles to ensure accurate location data.
- Troubleshoot technical issues including device failures, wiring problems, power supply, and connectivity challenges.
- Investigate causes of GPS signal loss and potential device tampering incidents.
- Perform preventive maintenance and maintain precise technical records for all GPS equipment.
- Work in coordination with Tracking and Workshop teams to maintain system reliability and efficiency.
Qualifications and Experience
- Hands-on experience in installing and maintaining vehicle GPS tracking devices.
- Sound understanding of vehicle electrical systems, wiring, and GPS technology.
- Technical certifications or qualifications are advantageous.
- Ability to independently diagnose and resolve technical faults effectively.
