Position: Building & Farm Maintenance Supervisor | Location: Luanshya, Copperbelt

Goldenlay Agri Limited , the largest producer, supplier, and distributor of fresh table eggs in Zambia, is looking for a qualified, highly experienced, and dedicated Building & Farm Maintenance Supervisor to oversee and coordinate building, civil, and farm infrastructure maintenance at our facilities in Luanshya.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise building construction, renovations, repairs and maintenance across all farm buildings and facilities.
• Inspect buildings and identify defects, leaks and structural damage.
• Coordinate contractors, artisans and maintenance teams to ensure high productivity and quality workmanship.
• Monitor project schedules, budgets, materials and equipment.
• Ensure quality workmanship and compliance with safety standards and biosecurity protocols.
• Oversee gardens, lawns, farm grounds, fencing and gates.
• Prepare maintenance schedules, preventive maintenance routines, and regular progress reports.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Grade 12 Certificate.
• Certificate or Diploma in Building Construction, Civil Engineering, Construction Management or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years’ relevant experience in building construction or maintenance supervision.
• Must be a member of the Engineering Institution of Zambia (EIZ) .
• Strong leadership, planning and problem-solving skills.
