JOB OPPORTUNITY – CHEF

Mika Lodge Limited invites applications from suitably qualified and experienced individuals for the position of CHEF.

Key Responsibilities:

– Prepare and present quality meals in line with established standards.

– Maintain high standards of food hygiene and kitchen cleanliness.

– Ensure proper food storage and minimise wastage.

– Monitor kitchen stock and report shortages.

– Ensure timely preparation and service of meals.

Qualifications and Requirements:

– Grade 12 Certificate.

– Certificate or Diploma in Food Production/Culinary Arts.

– Relevant experience in a hotel or restaurant environment.

– Good communication and teamwork skills.

– Ability to work under pressure.

Reporting To: Sous Chef.
