Copperbelt Energy Corporation PLC (CEC) is inviting applications from ambitious and enthusiastic graduates to join its 18-month Graduate Development Programme.
Eligible Fields:
- Electrical/Electronics Engineering
- Mechanical Engineering
- Civil Engineering
- Quantity Surveying
- Mass Communications/Public Relations/Marketing
- Law (admitted to the Bar)
- Procurement and Supply
- Economics/Business-related disciplines
- Finance/Accounting
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree from a recognised/accredited institution.
- Must have graduated in 2024 or thereafter.
- Qualifications must be ZAQA verified.
The programme offers practical workplace experience, structured rotations, mentorship, training and professional development.
