Position: BAKER

Location: Lusaka Makeni

Our client is looking for an experienced Baker capable of working with a wood-fired oven to make Bread and Manakish.

REQUIREMENTS:

Proven experience baking with wood-fired oven

Ability to make various breads & Manakish

Knowledge of dough preparation, proofing & baking temperatures

Reliable, hygienic & able to work early mornings/weekends
