Ebony Gardens and Club Ebony is seeking friendly, energetic, and charming Waitresses to provide outstanding food and beverage service to our guests. If you have a passion for hospitality, a warm smile, and an eye for guest satisfaction, we invite you to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome patrons warmly, present menus, and offer recommendations for food and beverages.
- Accurately take food and drink orders and communicate them promptly to kitchen and bar staff.
- Serve orders efficiently, ensuring attractive presentation and correct table setup.
- Regularly check on guests, address inquiries courteously, and ensure an enjoyable dining experience.
- Maintain clean, neat, and organized service areas and dining tables.
Requirements:
- Must have a Full Grade 12 Certificate .
- Must be self-driven, enthusiastic, and motivated.
- Pleasant personality, presentable appearance, and excellent interpersonal skills.
- Good verbal communication skills in English and local languages.
- Prior experience in a restaurant, lounge, or club is an added advantage.
