Taco Factory by 1903 in Livingstone is expanding its culinary team and hiring passionate, energetic, and dedicated Chefs & Kitchen Staff !

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare authentic Mexican and fusion recipes including tacos, burritos, quesadillas, salsas, and side dishes.
• Ensure all food preparation adheres strictly to high culinary standards, recipe specifications, and presentation guidelines.
• Maintain supreme kitchen cleanliness, workstation sanitization, and food safety standards.
• Manage mise-en-place, prep stations, and inventory freshness efficiently.

Candidate Profile:

• Reliable, energetic, professional, and passionate about the hospitality industry.
• Prior commercial kitchen or restaurant cooking experience is an advantage, but attitude and willingness to learn matter just as much.
• Ability to work effectively in a high-speed kitchen environment during peak hours.
