We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Store Officer Male to oversee our warehouse and stores operations. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in stock management, inventory control, and logistics processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily store and warehouse operations.
- Maintain accurate stock records and ensure proper inventory control.
- Coordinate receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods.
- Implement and monitor stock management systems.
- Conduct regular stock counts, reconciliations, and variance investigations.
- Supervise store personnel and ensure adherence to company procedures.
- Ensure proper handling and storage of materials, including tyres and spare parts.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reports.
- Work closely with logistics and procurement teams to support smooth operations.
- Uphold safety, security, and housekeeping standards in the store area.
Qualifications & Experience
- Certificate or Diploma in Supply Chain, Procurement, Logistics, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years experience in stores/warehouse management, preferably in a logistics or transport company.
- Strong knowledge of inventory systems and stock control procedures.
- Experience handling tyres, truck spares, or similar items is an added advantage.
- Strong leadership, communication, and reporting skills.
- Computer literacy (Excel, Inventory Software).
