JOB DETAILS:
Stefanutti Stocks Construction (Zambia) Limited, a world class construction company based in Lusaka seeks to engage the services of high caliber and suitably qualified individual to join the organization for the position of: Senior Quantity Surveyor – Building

Requirements:
• Sound references
• Able to build relationships quickly Excellent Communication skills
• High personal & professional level of intergrity Confident, initiative and exceptional follow-through skills
• Excellent time management skills
• Effective and proatctive planner & organiser
• Competent in carrying out duties
• Proven experience in construction industry
• Computer literate
• Disciplined, Committed and preferably of sober character
• Former trainings in this field must be shown

Qualifications
• Must be a holder of a Bachelors Degree in Quantity Surveying or Similar
• Minimum 10 years post qualification experience
• Experience in Building or Civial Projects
• Preferebly with experience working with main contractor Valid professional membership

Work Hours: 8

Experience in Months: 120

Level of Education: Bachelor Degree
