CONCREATE VISION is engaged in real estate development and residential construction in Lusaka, Zambia. Our ongoing projects include Oasis Crown and Oasis Serenity. We are recruiting skilled designers who combine creative thinking, technical drawings, cost awareness and practical site experience.
Responsibilities
- Identify prospective clients, handle enquiries, present properties and conduct viewings.
- Follow up on client needs, negotiate sales, facilitate contract signing and follow up on payments.
- Maintain client records and relationships, and provide after-sales support.
- Support marketing campaigns and achieve sales targets.
Requirements
- Open to all genders, aged 22-32.
- Professional appearance, neat grooming and a courteous manner.
- A bachelor’s degree or higher in Real Estate, Marketing or a related field.
- At least two years of experience as a real estate sales consultant or in a similar role.
- An extensive client network and strong client acquisition and relationship management skills.
- Excellent communication skills, a customer-focused approach, a strong sense of responsibility and the ability to work well in a team.
