Key Responsibilities

• Ensures adherence to MTN Mobile Money Project and Change Management processes;
• Ensures compliance with MTN Mobile Money IT Security Policy;
• Drives technology partners, product owners, external partners to complete their tasks and achieve project miles stones;
• Requests and secures resources needed by Project Delivery team’s;
• Supports delivery of projects in line with SDLC process;
• Interfaces between Business and Vendor project teams;
• Deputizing the Manager: Demand/PMO as and when needed.

Candidate Experience and Expectations

• Grade 12 certificate with 5 credit or better of which English and Mathematics are a must;
• Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or related field;
• one-year Mobile Money, Fintech or Banking technology experience with emphasis on project support;
• Formal training in agile project delivery methodologies is an advantage;
• In depth knowledge of IT and the IT technology roadmaps;
• Knowledge of project management and Awareness of Fintech trends;
• Understanding of IT and Telecommunications industry and key trends;
• Broad knowledge of Implementation Platforms;
• Understanding of how this area fits into the overall blueprint Architecture of IS.
