Job Description
Overview
Duties and responsibilities:
- Oversee F&B operations
- Ensure customers needs are being met – greeting and checking up on patrons during their visit
- Ensure orders are running smoothly – i.e. no delays in the bar/ kitchen
- Checking up on items low on stock in both kitchen and bar and replenish stock
- Ensure restaurant cleanliness by ensuring the floor and surfaces are always neat and clean between servings
- Basic administrative paperwork – on an assistance bases: GRVing stock (goods receiving) – entering stock into the system, assisting with ordering stock/ and follow ups, entering in and participating in stock takes
- Offer support and guidance to the team: waitresses, barmen, kitchen cooks, scullers, public area attendants.
- Resolve customer complaints
- Assisting in cashups and POS operations
- Normal day to day operations of the restaurant.
Requirements:
- Atleast 2-3 years work experience in the hospitality sector
- Must have a High school diploma, Hospitality certificate, Hotel management or any other suitable equivalent
- Must be enthusiastic, willing to learn, dedicated and willing to go the extra mile
- Hardworking, energetic and can work long working hours
