JOB DETAILS:
We are a Christian NGO looking for specialized services of a passionate individuals to fill the positions of: Country Program Coordinator Zambia
Head of the Zambia program under NACRO
Reports to: The Executive Director
The job holder will be expected to handle all programs and projects in Zambia in consultation with his/her peers who head Malawi and Zimbabwe countries.

Key Accountabilities:
• Develop and Manage the implementation of programs at country level
• Develop effective relationships and linkage with Government, other CSO and key stakeholders
• Resource mobilization and grow the country program etc.

Qualifications
• 50" Level Grade 12 Certificate
• Bachelor's Degree in social sciences
• Certificate of proficiency in Project Management
• A master's degree in a related field is an added advantage
• Past relevant experience: minimum 5 year in NGO sector or related field, 2 of which were at leadership level. A clean driving licence is a basic requirement.

Experience in Months: 60

Level of Education: Bachelor Degree
