Apostolic Voice Education Trust (AVET) is launching the AVET Africa Leadership Development & Mentorship Programme — a new leadership training and mentorship initiative for emerging leaders in Zambia. We are recruiting volunteers across the following roles to help us launch our first cohort:

This is a volunteer-run programme built on the belief that real leadership development happens through structured training, mentorship, and hands-on community projects — not just online courses. Most roles require a few hours per week; Guest Facilitator roles require just one or two sessions.

What you'll gain

hands-on leadership development experience, a certificate of service, a reference letter, and the opportunity to directly shape the next generation of African leaders.
