JOB DETAILS:

An organisation is expanding its operations and is inviting applications from energetic, dedicated and results-driven professionals to fill the following positions:

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and monitor outstanding account balances.
  • Contact debtors via phone, email or in-person visits to arrange prompt settlements.
  • Negotiate flexible payment plans while maintaining professional client relations.

Requirements

  • Prior experience in credit control, debt recovery or customer service.
  • Strong persuasion, firm negotiation and conflict-resolution skills.
  • High level of integrity, confidentiality and resilience.
