Assistant Administrative Manager
Job Description

According to the work needs of the branch, manage company vehicles & drivers, employee antecedence, dormitory & office maintenance, daily office administrative affairs, and assist the administrative manager to complete all kinds of administrative work.
1. According to the vehicle management system, reasonably schedule the use of vehicles, coordinate the use of vehicles by various departments
2. Establish vehicle information files and timely update vehicle information
3. Responsible for the driver’s daily attendance and duty arrangement
4. Responsible for the daily attendance management of staff in Zambia branch according to the company’s attendance requirements;
5. Collect monthly attendance data of all departments and integrate them
6. Responsible for the purchase &storage management of spare parts needed for maintenance
7. Responsible for the purchase & usage management of daily consumables, such as drinking water, paper rolls, etc. ; keep digital record of such purchases and update the record regularly;
8. Responsible for the purchase&usage management of printers consumables, such as printing paper, cartridge, toner, etc. ; keep digital record of such purchases and update the record regularly;
9. Responsible for management of office welfare of the employees, such as lunch allowance, talk time allowance, taxi allowance, etc;
10. Responsible for planning and organizing departmental team building activities and employee activities in the company;

Qualifications
• University Degree
• 1-3 Experience in similar roles
• 30-35 years of Age
• Verbal and written communication skills;
• General office skills;
• Ability of execute;
• Communication skill
