| JOB SPECIFICATION | |
| Minimum Qualifications: | Degree in Telecommunications, Electronics/Electrical Engineering or Related Field |
| Professional Registration: | Member of EIZ |
| Minimum Experience : | 3 years’ experience in Telecommunications |
| Key Skills: | Knowledge of the following RAN Planning and Optimization work flows and practices Knowledge on GSM, WCDMA and LTE Planning and Optimization principles |
