We are curretly recruting for a Country Director to join our IDU team based in Zambia
The purpose of the Country Director role is to be responsible for the day-to-day management of the company’s business in Zambia, and ensuring that Ecorys Zambia assumes a central role in the realisation of the IDU Strategy (2021-2025) as it pertains to the Southern African region.
The Country Director will assume responsibility for both leadership and management of Ecorys Zambia Limited, encompassing: business development and acquisition; project management and delivery; and integration, coordination and coherence with broader Ecorys IDU. This position will not be responsible for the corporate governance of Ecorys Zambia. This responsibility will remain with the statutory directors of Ecorys Zambia.
It is anticipated that this role will be for a fixed duration (indicatively 24 months) during which the Country Director would mentor a replacement who could take over in the medium term.
