  • 1 year of experience in a customer service position in the Banking/Telecom/Insurance Industry
  • Knowledge of customer service best practices
  • Able to work in overnight shifts

Tasks & Responsibilities

  • Attend to customer queries, comments, and questions through various platforms (Calls, Social Media, and Websites)
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues
  • Document all client interaction information according to standard operating procedures
  • Sell and promote Bank products and services
