Spectra Oil are seeking to add a temporary Data Entry Clerk to our team!
You will be responsible for accurate and quick data entry. This position will be temporary for about 2 months with possibility to extend.
You must hold a minimum of a Diploma in Secretarial and Office Management from a recognised institution and have a typing speed of minimum 35wpm and accuracy of 97% or more. You must be proficient in excel.
- Enter a variety of data using current technology
- Prepare and sort documents for data entry
- Create and maintain logs for tracking purposes
- Review discrepancies in data received
- Diploma in Secretarial & Office Management or higher
- Previous experience in data entry or other related fields is preferred
- Must have strong excel skills
- Deadline & detail orientated
