RDO Equipment Africa is urgently invites applications from suitably qualified candidates for the position of Workshop Administrator.

Responsibilities

The successful candidate is expected to:

• Manage all vehicles and fuel tracking
• Monitor mechanics and operators man hours on site
• Plan and arrange all allowances for field and workshop workers during out of site activities
• Generate estimates for all workshop, transport and contracting jobs
• Be the key liaison between workshop management and customers
• Generate invoices for contracting, servicing activities and arranging delivery to customers
• Create purchase requisitions

Desirable:

• Strong Administrative skills and excellent documentation management
• Strong Excel skill A MUST
• Strong Customer Care and good telephone etiquette.
• Reliable, trustworthy, sober minded
• Able to deal with a multicultural management and clientele
• Priority will be given to Kabwe Residents

Qualification(s):

• Diploma in a Business Qualification (Business Administration, Information Technology, Accounts, Stores & Purchasing, Sales & Marketing).
• A mechanical background in Agricultural Equipment will be an added advantage
• 2+ years of experience
• Grade 12
