Minimum Qualifications:

  • Minimum of a Diploma in Business related field.

Professional Registration:

  • None

Minimum Experience :

  • 2 years’ experience in Customer Service preferably in telecoms/FMCG industry

Key Skills:

  • Familiar with Zamtel products and services OR In-depth knowledge of Zamtel products and services Understand the principles of effective customer services processes
