1?Capture arising market opportunities;
2?Acquisition of new customers;
3?Increase revenues, profitability and cash flow for the company according to established KPIs;
4?Support marketing activities and market communication;
5?Development and implementation of action plans for reaching the quarterly and annual targets of the company;
6?Frequent business travel to visit existing and potential clients in Zambia, Malawi & Mozambique.
1?Degree in Business or Engineering ? Minimum 2 years field sales experience in PV industry. ? Thorough knowledge of PV local market industry dynamics and landscape is required. Be familiar with the solar industry players and institutions;
2?Result-driven approach and ability to work autonomously;
3?Have an excellent communication skill in English (Portuguese will be a plus);
4?Have a critical analytical mindset to access information;
5?Possess people skills;
6?Be able to work under pressure and comply to company regulation and process;
7?Strong negotiation, communication , problem solving and organization skills;
8?Willingness/ability to travel on a regular basis.
