Sales Manager
Key Qualifications And Competences

• Degree in Sales & Marketing or any Business field
• 5 years Working experience in the Related field
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• A proven performance track record
• Customer focused
• Strong Computer Literacy — reporting skills
• Negotiations and Analytical skills
Key Responsibilities: Reporting to the National Sales Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for customer satisfaction and vehicle sales growth through the following among other:
• Vehicle sales activities to ensure Market penetration & ultimately increase market share.
• Oversee and coordinate the generation of accurate annual sales forecasts for the specific product to ensure sufficient stock availability at all times.
• Working with the Marketing team to identify advertising plans & sales promotions.
• Preparing accurate budgets & Managing expenses as well as achieving margins on product sales.
• Monitoring and regulating debtor days through enforcing timely debt collection for better liquidity flow.

• Analysis of Market studies i.e. costing and recommendations pertaining to vehicle sales.
• Managing and monitoring the performance of the department.
• Implementation and adherence of vehicle sales department Standard Operating Procedures.
• Having product knowledge of current and previous models.
• Ensuring effective stock management through carrying out regular stock takes and minimizing stock variances.
• Management of the staff development program: Staff training plan and skills map for each staff member.
• Managing and monitoring the performance of the department.

Bachelor Degree
