In line with its mission, the Bank is seeking to recruit highly motivated, result-oriented, well qualified and experienced professionals to fill the following vacancies
Relationship Manager – Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSME)

(1) Reporting to the Head – Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSME), the job holder wit.
• develop and manage the assigned portfolio of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprise customers by prospecting and signing up new clients, offering suitable banking services and implementing retention strategies and
• grow the assigned portfolio MSME deposits, loans and advances through effective sales and marketing of the Bank’s products and services.

Minimum Requirements
• Grade 12 School Certificate or General Certificate of Education equivalent
• Degree in Economics or Entrepreneurship or Business Administration or ACCA/CIMA/ZICA or a degree in any relevant field – Minimum of five (5) years’ experience in the MSME environment
• Marketing certification is an added advantage

• In-depth knowledge of the Bank’s products and services, the banking industry including the applicable regulations and guidelines, and the Banking and Financial Services Act
