  • Co-ordinate, control and manage various projects
  • Maintain and develop customer relationships
  • Pursue business opportunities and tenders
  • Give weekly reports to HOD pertaining to sales, inventory, KPI’s
  • Design and implement internal control systems
  • Ensure day-to-day adherence to internal control procedures and various work disciplines
  • Manage stock levels and manage deliveries to clients
  • Supplier reconciliations and resolution of queries
  • Remittances of payments received to senior credit controller
  • Costing of imported stock
  • Invoice all sales orders through Syspro
  • Receive and process all incoming and outgoing mails, letters etc..
  • Full administration for the business (end-to-end)
  • Provide customer service support as frontline for customers
