Title: Manager – Customer Value Management

Closing Date: 22nd August, 2021

OVERALL PURPOSE

Key person responsible for Campaign Execution and Customer Life-cycle of the diverse business segments, ensuring customer and revenue growth within the identified segments.

JOB SPECIFICATION

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Degree in Information Technology/Computer Science/Business Administration/Demography/Marketing

Professional Registration:

  • None

Minimum Experience :

  • Minimum of 5 years working in a development/reporting environment
  • Experience working with Databases: SQL will be an added advantage
  • At least 2 years in a supervisory-level position
