- A Diploma in Insurance studies.
- 5 years of Insurance sales and Management experience.
- Excellent analytical, communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good knowledge of life and general insurance underwriting.
Tasks & Responsibilities
- Develop sales strategies and action plans and lead their implementation.
- Train, coach and mentor insurance sales staff.
- Ensure full realization of business case for each channel and product within agreed timelines.
- Lead the development and deployment of insurance products and channels and integrating them into production
