JOB DETAILS:
Job Purpose
The Sales and Marketing Executive will be responsible for designing and implementing sales and marketing strategies. Be responsible for conducting thorough marketing research on competitors’ products and services.

Summary of Key Responsibilities;
• Manage the Full Inventory for all POS materials and keep track of the outlets
• Follow up with all press and media advertising and ensure that the outlets are aware and following
• Keep track of slow-moving products and time to time reports and plan for disposal
• Replacement of price tags and ensuring the entire price in outlets are up to date
• Follow up with Monthly sales analysis product-wise and report to Area Manager/Retail manager
• Compile and manage all outlet assets and keep timely stocks
• Conducting extensive research on competitors’ products and services.
• Creating and overseeing marketing campaigns.
• Maintaining a healthy relationship with the clients.
• Answering clients’ questions in a professional manner.
• Participating in exhibitions and conferences organized by the company.
• Creating awareness of the products and services offered by the company.

Primary Areas of Accountability:
Qualifications and Experience

• Grade 12 Certificate and other relevant qualification
• Diploma in Sales and Marketing
• A minimum of 03 years’ experience in Sales & Marketing
• Sales and Marketing in Retail (Sales and Marketing Electronics Radio/TV)
• Should be computer literate, able to use Microsoft Office, E-mail and have basic knowledge on the use of a computer.
• Staff is to have a traceable work background.
• Should be honest trustworthy and integrity towards the job
• Should have good Public Relations and maturity.
• Should work in minimum supervision
• Should be able to train staff in interpersonal skills.
• Reporting to work on a timely basis.
• Should be able to use initiative and ideas to drive the company forward

Experience in Months: 36

Level of Education:
Associate Degree
