JOB DETAILS:
Our client seeks to hire two energetic Swahili-speaking Customer Service Agents. Candidates MUST be able to speak Swahili fluently and WILL be tested on this. The Agents will be responsible for maintaining customer relationships by handling questions and concerns with speed and professionalism. Resolving customer complaints, managing database records, drafting status reports on customer service issues

Reporting Structure
Reporting to: Manager
Supervision of: N/A
Interacts with: Customers, Team, Management

Job Description
• Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times
• Responding promptly to customer inquiries
• Communicating with customers through various channels
• Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints
• Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process
• Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support
• Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
• Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
• Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies

Candidate Specification
Experience: 2 years plus
Education Level: Diploma Level
Qualifications: Diploma Marketing, Business Administration or relevant field
Software: Microsoft Package
Equipment: Computer
Knowledge of: Customer service CRM systems and practices
Skills to: Solid customer service attitude with excellent negotiation skills, strong communication skills
Ability to: Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
Other Requirements: Fluency in Swahili is required
