Issuing of information Materials, circulation, shelving and shelve reading, Referencing, Scanning and printing, handling and balancing petty cash, updating the Library Management system and the archival management System. Comparing quotations from different vendors, sourcing for vendors, cataloguing and classifying library materials. Ensure the library environment is suitable for reading. Carry out statistics and Library Auditing Reports. And other Office duties.
- Minimum Diploma/Degree in Library and Information Systems OR related field with 2 – 5 years Records Management Systems experience in Institution / Organization.
