JOB DETAILS:
Sales Administration Officer
Description
• Help resolve Customers’ Quality complaints
• Help Train Block Makers on appropriate Aggregate Mix for Concrete & good yield
• Highlight the technical benefits of using Dangote Cement to Artisans, Consumers & industrial users
• Optimize the awareness of Dangote Cement through regular visits/inspection, trainings & demonstrations
• Advise on better working tools including proper PPE at the work site
• Regularly liaise with Quality Dept for Quality update
• Technical support to all Field Sales Staff
• Regular feedback to Quality Dept on Quality performance from the Field
• Visit Construction Project sites to offer value adding technical advice to Project Owners & Supervisors
• Prospect for big projects & partner with Field Sales to close
• Periodically analyze all complaints received & share same with Quality, Sales & Marketing Dept

Requirements
A Degree in Building Technology, Civil Engineering, Bio Chemistry & Industrial Chemistry
• Minimum years of Work Experience: 3-5yrs
